SHIPPING & DELIVERY
All orders are carefully packed and shipped from Budapest, Hungary via Magyar Posta (Hungarian Post).

HUNGARY
Shipping is free on all orders within Hungary.
Estimated delivery time after dispatch: 1–3 business days.

EUROPEAN UNION
Standard shipping within the EU is 6,000 HUF (approx. €15).
Shipping is free on orders over 40,000 HUF (approx. €100).
Estimated delivery time after dispatch: 3–7 business days.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
For destinations outside the European Union, standard shipping is 8,000 HUF (approx. €20).
International shipping is free on orders over 50,000 HUF (approx. €125).
Estimated delivery time after dispatch: 7–21 business days, depending on the destination and customs processing.

PROCESSING TIME
Orders are usually prepared and dispatched within 2–5 business days.
Some earrings are made to order and may require up to 3 additional business days before dispatch. This will be indicated on the individual product page.

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please note that orders are not dispatched on weekends or Hungarian public holidays. Orders placed during these periods will be processed on the next business day.

DELIVERY TIMES
Delivery estimates are calculated from the date of dispatch and do not include order processing time.

Occasional delays caused by postal services, customs, national holidays or other circumstances outside our control may occur, particularly during busy periods.

Orders delivered outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or other local charges. These charges, if applicable, are the responsibility of the recipient.
