RETURNS & EXCHANGES
I want you to be happy with your Beaderie pieces. If something isn’t quite right, you can return or exchange your order.
RETURNS
You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
Please contact me at catarinayandovskaya@gmai.com before sending anything back so we can provide you with the return address and instructions.
Items must be returned in their original condition and with their complete original product packaging.
Once your return has been received and checked, your refund will be issued to the original payment method.
EXCHANGES
You can request an exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.
If you would like another colour, style or piece instead, contact me at catarinayandovskaya@gmai.com and let me know what you would like to exchange.
The same condition and original product packaging requirements apply to exchanges.
As Beaderie pieces are handmade in small batches, exchanges are subject to availability. If the piece you would like is unavailable, you can choose another available item, wait a bit or receive a refund.
RETURN SHIPPING
The cost of sending an item back for a return or exchange is paid by the customer.
I recommend using a tracked shipping service and keeping your proof of postage until your return has been completed.
For exchanges, the replacement will be sent once the original item has been received and checked.
DAMEGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS
Please check your order when it arrives.
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, contact me as soon as possible at catarinayandovskaya@gmai.com and include photos of the item.
In these cases, I’ll arrange a replacement or refund and cover the necessary return shipping costs.
HANDMADE PIECES
Every Beaderie piece is made by hand. Slight variations in shape, bead placement and finish are a natural part of handmade work and make each piece slightly unique.
These small variations are not considered defects.
REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll confirm your refund by email.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
